We’re happy to see you, and we want you to enjoy your stay with us. That’s why we ask all of our guests to follow these simple rules, so that we can help to ensure that everyone’s experience is a positive one. It’s all about making pleasant happy memories of your vacation in Monopoli, so that you’ll come back and see us again!
Booking and cancellation policies
a )You can book per e mail.
b) Deposit of 30% of the total amount due is required at the time of booking by money order
c) Balance in cash on arrival, non-refundable in case of beforehand leaving
Cancellation:
For a full refund, cancellation must be made one week prior to the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday the 7th, cancel by Friday the 1st of the week before check in time.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the 50% of the deposit will be refunded (see ”b”)
If the guest cancels less than 48 hours before check-in, the deposit is non-refundable.
To Check-In, each person is asked to present a valid identity document (ID card or passport) and fill in the registration card. Unless otherwise agreed, Check-in is at 14.00 , Check-out at 10:30
Guest is required to pay at the arrival for the accommodation of the house, corresponding to his confirmed booking, or the price-list. When accommodation extended, nights will be charged as per actual Daily Rate.
The house is not responsible for guest´s items.
Rooms are cleaned between 11:00 and 13:00 every second day. If you stay in during this time, the room will be cleaned the next day. Sheets and towels changed on arrival and every week.
Breakfast service (Caffè or Cappuccino or Tea with croissant or pastry) will be available to guests from 6,00 in a Bar close to the House
Guests are requested to keep the room tidy and not to bring any food, drugs, alcoholic drinks into the room. All rooms are strictly NON SMOKING
Outside visitors are not permitted.
Dogs and other pets are not allowed.
It is not allowed to leave children in the room unattended. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children in all areas of the house.
Please keep the volume down on any television, radio, audio system or musical instrument, so that it is not audible from outside the room when the door is closed. The owners reserve the right to require these items to be turned off if they are disturbing other occupants of the house. From 22:00 to 8:00 and 14:00 to 16:00 are guests asked to keep the silent hours.
A guest may not use his or her own electrical appliances, which are not used for the guest's personal hygiene and comfort. You can use electric razors, hairdryers or chargers for laptops, flashlights etc.
When leaving the room, guest is asked to close all water taps, turn off the lights, turn off the television and air conditioning, close windows and return the room key when Check-out.
Guests are asked not to move, remove, or change furniture, pictures, wall hangings or other room decoration without the consent of the owners.
The guest is responsible for damages caused to hotel´s property according to applicable regulations and is asked to report them at the reception desk. When damages caused by breaking the rules or rough handling, the house has the right to claim the compensation.
We kindly ask all guests to comply above Regulations. In the case of gross violation of these Regulations, the house management has the right to withdraw from the accommodation agreement before the expire of the period and charging the full amount of the price of the accommodation regardless of the shorter stay.
By confirming the booking the guest confirms he has read and accepted the above Terms and Conditions.

Siamo felici di ospitarvi nella nostra casa! Al fine di rendere piacevole il vostro soggiorno, chiediamo a tutti i nostri ospiti di seguire queste semplici regole, in modo da potervi garantire una esperienza positiva nella nostra casa.
Affinchè il bel ricordo della vostra vacanza a Monopoli possa farvi ritornare da noi!
Prenotazioni
a) E 'possibile prenotare per e-mail e telefonicamente
b) Riceverete quindi da noi conferma dell'avvenuta prenotazione, accompagnata da tutte le informazioni relative al b&b e alle modalità dell'acconto da inviare tramite bonifico bancario, pari al 30% del soggiorno.
Il resto della cifra dovrà essere saldato in contanti al momento del vostro arrivo al B&B, prima di ritirare le chiavi. In caso di partenza anticipata nessun rimborso è dovuto dal gestore al cliente.
Termini per la Cancellazione:
Per un rimborso completo, la cancellazione del periodo prenotato deve essere effettuata una settimana prima del giorno di check-in.
Ad esempio, se il check-in è il Venerdì 7, è necessario annullare entro il precedente Venerdì 1.
Se il cliente annulla con meno di 7 giorni di anticipo, sarà rimborsato solo il 50% del deposito. (vedi "b")
Se il cliente annulla 48 ore prima del check-in, il deposito non è più rimborsabile.
Per il check-in, ogni persona è invitata a presentare un documento di identità valido (carta d'identità o passaporto) e compilare la scheda di registrazione. Se non diversamente concordato, il check-in è alle ore 14.00, il check-out alle ore 10:30.
Si declina ogni responsabilità per lo smarrimento, il furto o il danneggiamento di oggetti di proprietà degli ospiti lasciati nelle camere e nelle aree comuni.
La pulizia delle camere è prevista dalle 11:00 alle 13:00 a giorni alterni. Se occupate la stanza nei suddetti orari, questa sarà pulita il giorno successivo. Lenzuola e asciugamani vengono cambiati all’ arrivo e ogni settimana. In presenza di esigenze particolari, è possibile accordarsi diversamente con l'aggiunta di sovrapprezzo.
La colazione è all'italiana (caffè, cappuccino, latte, tè, brioche, biscotti etc.) presso una struttura convenzionata. Nahce in questo caso, in presenza di particolari esigenze è possibile accordarsi diversamente con l'aggiunta di sovrapprezzo.
Sarà possibile consumare la colazione a partire dalle ore 6:00.
Gli ospiti sono pregati di tenere la camera in ordine e di non portare nella stanza cibi e bevande alcoliche; é inoltre severamente vietato consumare droghe di ogni genere.
Nelle camere è severamente VIETATO FUMARE (L. n.584 del11/11/75 e succ. mod.)
Non sono ammessi visitatori esterni, se non regolarmente registrati.
Cani e altri animali domestici non sono ammessi.
Non è consentito lasciare i bambini soli in camera. I genitori sono responsabili della sicurezza dei loro figli in tutte le aree della casa.
Si è tenuti a mantenere basso il volume di radio, televisione, sistema audio o strumento musicale, in modo che non sia udibile dall'esterno della camera.
I gesture si riservano il diritto di intervenire in caso di disturbo.
Dalle 22:00 alle 08:00 e dalle 14:00 alle 16:00, siete invitati a mantenere il dovuto silenzio.
Non è consentito utilizzare apparecchi elettrici, eccetto rasoi elettrici, asciugacapelli o caricatori per computer portatili, caricatori per cellulari.
Quando si lascia la stanza, il cliente è invitato a chiudere tutti i rubinetti dell'acqua, spegnere le luci, spegnere il televisore e l’ aria condizionata, chiudere le finestre e restituire la chiave della camera al check-out. Si invitano gli ospiti a chiudere a chiave sempre la porta della stanza e di ingresso.
Gli ospiti sono pregati di non spostare, rimuovere o cambiare mobili, quadri, arazzi o decorazioni della stanza senza il consenso dei gesture.
L'ospite è responsabile per i danni causati alla proprietà della casa, secondo le norme vigenti. In caso dii danni o manomissioni, i gestori hanno il diritto di chiedere il risarcimento immediato.
Chiedigestorigestoriamo gentilmente a tutti gli ospiti di rispettare il suddetto regolamento. In caso di grave violazione del presente Regolamento, i gesture hanno il diritto di recedere dal contratto di affitto prima della scadenza del periodo e trattenere l'intero importo inizialmente concordato a titolo di risarcimento.
Con la conferma della prenotazione il cliente dichiara di aver letto e accettato i Termini e le condizioni di cui sopra.
